Paul T. Udell

Paul Udell passed away at age 64 on December 19, 2025, surrounded by his family. Born on November 5, 1961 in Chicago, IL. He was an amazing father, brother and friend most known for his willingness to help and generosity.

Paul worked as an electrician for Local 176, where he was admired for his undeniable work ethic and passion for his trade. He loved spending time golfing, fishing, hunting, and gardening but most of all being a dad. He instilled values of generosity, perseverance, and compassion in his daughter.

He is survived by his daughter Alexxis Stortz (Matt); his dogs Abe, Iris, Sammy, Sassy and granddog Maci; his brothers Joe (Karen), Mark, Dave (LindaMerry), and John (Colleen); as well as four nieces, two nephews, and many great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother and father Mary (Cepielik) and John Udell.

A celebration of Paul's life will be held at Lake Renwik Preserver- Turtle Lake Access on Saturday, March 28th from 11:00-2:00. Please bring a photo, video, or memory to share of Paul.
