Jacqueline Suzanne Birsa, 37, passed away on Monday, March 27, 2023

Jacqueline was a graduate of Plainfield Central High School and later worked as a certified nursing assistant. She enjoyed dancing, cheerleading and worked at Rosati’s. Jackie loved caring for people and touched everyone she met. Her kindness and smile will be missed terribly. Her wings were ready but our hearts were not.

She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents: LaMonte and Rita Nelson and her cousin Rachel Cline.

Left to cherish her memory are her parents: Karen (Mark) McCubbin, Thomas Birsa Jr.; beloved children: Joseph and Anthony Hannigan, Layla and Ellie Birsa. Her sibilings:Stephanie (Andrew Moczarnik) Birsa, Lauren (Daniel Brandt) Birsa and Alexandria (Patrick Melby) Birsa: grandparents: Thomas and Anne Birsa Sr.;nieces: Taylor Coday,Hayden and Holly Melby and her nephew, Dylan Neilis, as well as her loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, April 21, 2023 from 9:00am to 11:00am with services beginning at 11:00am at St John’s Lutheran Church, 2650 Plainfield Rd, Joliet.  Cremation services have been accorded by Genuine Care Cremation.
